BitLord out of beta!
BitLord is now out of beta! Thanks to all the people who helped test the earlier versions. Although we think most of the bugs have been fixed, please let us know if you find something that is not a-okay 😉

as soon as I open bitlord it gets riddled with adds at the top where the search tabs load
This sounds really strange.. can you upload a screenshot of this here?
It just keeps loading them even when i close them
The browser inside BitLord is based on Chromium. I suspect you are infected with some rather advanced adware that affects Chromium based browsers. Do you have any problems with similar ads in your main web browser?
I currently deal with the same issue and to allow something to fully download we must sit there clicking out of those pesky ads, if we walk away for more than a minute and allow the ads to continue popping up bitlord crashes completely. And then we have to wait for it to check the download and after it’s done it restarts the download from the beginning again. It’s become an extreme inconvenience. We love bitlord and it’s quick downloading and wide variety but we’re considering something else if it doesn’t get resolved soon. We upkeep our computer and clean and filter on a daily, no virus. Just fyi.
Both pictures below were taken literally one second of a each other and we clicked out of all then a matter of a split second they were popping up again.
Also if it could be a virus affecting chromium, shouldn’t it be better protected?
I run off Firefox that won’t allow anything unless I say so plus it erases cookies and such daily as well.
Hi there I’m running bit lord on my mac and it keeps crashing like every few mins
It’s uploading my files just fine but I’m not getting any download at all 🙁
Still not getting anything to download… Every time I try I get error’s yet it seems to be seeding the files back up.
